Why can't I get into GroupWise?

You must have an Internet connection established to connect to GroupWise. If you can get to the Internet, you should be able to open GroupWise. If you get an error message saying you are unable to connect to the TCP/IP address and you have an active Internet connection, the GroupWise Internet Protocol information is missing. A dialogue box may appear asking for a TCP/IP address and Port number. For TCP/IP, type wpo.cso.niu.edu. For Port type 1677.
