If you forget or lose your phone card PIN just send us a note using the contact us section of the web site and we will gladly send you a copy of your PIN. Please note that for security reasons we cannot send your PIN to any email address other than the email address specified on your membership.

Your personal number (PIN) is initially set as your birth date, using the MMDDYY format. If you don’t remember your current PIN, you must request a new PIN in person at the BCC Student Service Center in B125 on the main campus or the main desk at North Campus. Once you send the changes to your phone, the next time you access Wireless Data Services and data is transferred, your new home page will display.
