Your local MRA Member Contractor will be glad to help. Before he can give you a true estimate, he'll need to know two things: 1. The style of metal roofing you'd like for your home The shape and pitch of your home's roof. A contractor will need to see your roof first-hand before he'll be able to accurately estimate. In fact, the shape and pitch of your roof will influence the estimated installation cost more than the style of metal roofing you choose.

You should ask for a binding not-to-exceed estimate. There is more information on this in our Moving Tips section under estimates.

Disposal of old furniture and equipment is handled through the office of Property Management. Contact them at 578-6922 to make arrangements. They have a small crew that can pick up some items. If they cannot handle the material, then it may be necessary to contact Facility Services at 578-3186 and set up a Work Order. Contact Customer Service, 578-3186 and have a Work Order set up. We will pick up the material. We will recycle the corrugate cardboard and remove any trash.

If we have to estimate your account, our estimates are based on your previous electricity usage and also take seasonal variations into account. It is a good idea to check our estimate with the actual meter reading though. If the variation is large, you may wish to provide us with your own meter reading. This can reduce fluctuation between bills, helping you to monitor how much electricity you are actually using.

Most of the replacement shades we paint will run somewhere between $250.00 and $500.00 We have done some for less and several for much more. Our prices include delivery back to your home. No surprises.
