You don't have to use a cover, but it is recommended because it will protect your mattress (the mattress fits inside the cover) and is removable for easy cleaning. You are able to choose from a variety patterns and colors to give it the look you want. See the covers page to see the selection.

No. All our residence hall rooms have loftable furniture and we do not allow homemade lofts or lofts by a third party.

Unless the loft has a fitted staircase, is boarded out and lit, our insurance does not cover our staff for this activity. Please ensure your loft is empty prior to our arrival. It is always best if you have a clear idea of where you want your furniture to be placed. Our staff will endeavour to arrange the rooms to your liking but will not have the time to continually rearrange your room.

A proportion describes two (or more) ratios of equal values. For instance, in the example above the proportion of 2 is to 3 like "x" is to 6, allows you to solve for x (4). You have 3 of the four values to a proportion. If it is a dilution of 1/10 and you need to make 25 mL. Set up the proportion 1 is to 10 and "X" is to 25. Solve for x by "cross multiplying". X = 2.5. You need to make 25 mL; therefore measure (25 - 2.5) 22.5 mL and add 2.

Foam has a five year warranty against defects in workmanship such as tearing or collapsing. However, this will not apply if such a defect is caused by normal usage. Suspension system has a full lifetime warranty against tearing or separating from the frame under normal household use. Upholstery is designed and engineered for sitting or lying down. It is not intended for standing, jumping or bouncing. These uses may result in damages which will not be covered under warranty.

Futon frames are usually made of wood or metal and are available in a variety of styles or designs to suit anyone's taste. Futon frames for foam futon mattresses are not particularly expensive. The average price range for a futon frame is approximately $150 to $600, depending on the brand name.

Fluffing your futon allows air into the fibers and evens our the peaks and valleys from sitting and sleeping. Fluffing enhances the product's comfort and resilience. To fluff your futon, lift futon waist high and drop. Repeat this process four times. Back to top

Yes, you can extend the loft to any size, from half the length of the barn up to a full second floor. You just can't make it smaller. (structural reasons)
