For the street-driven 289FIA, we use 235/60-15 in the front, 295/50-15 in the rear. Smaller diameter tires can be used to duplicate the same sizes as the original cars' race rubber. On the other hand, for the ultimate in performance, the best performance tires are only available in 17" wheel diameters. Our 289FIA will accept 275-40-17 in the front, 315-35 -17in the rear.
