We print and ship every Tuesday and Friday and send the plans out via 3 day US Priority Mail, postage paid.

Depending on the method of payment, the delivery time varies. The list below covers the payment type and expected delivery time. Please keep in mind, all deliveries are by the customer login in and selecting to download the extension and any documentation as well. These payments are processed by the end of the following business day.

Four weeks from the day we receive your order form, or from the day we receive your best-fitting shirt, if you chose this option.

We go by color, so if I receive your white fleece while I am still on whites, you may get your fiber back in just a month. However, I generally have had at least a 3-month backlog for a few years now. You can check my "Special Notes" for current updates. I can never give an exact date as to when yours will be finished because every fleece is different. I also have older, used industrial machines that sometimes go down for unpredicted repairs.

On handmade soap ONLY, we ship all orders within 2 business days, unless the item is out of stock. We keep a small supply of all our handcrafted soap on hand and replenish as they are ordered so that they arrive to the consumer at the peak of freshness. Please note that our normal ship time on all orders is 4-5 business days (7-10 business days during the busy holiday seasons).

Printer Solutions hand delivers all supplies and typical turn-around is Next Day. (Next day delivery orders must be placed by 2:00PM CST. Most orders are delivered Next Day, some orders may take 3-5 bus. days depending on availability.)

New titles typically take 7 to 10 working days to replicate, package and prepare for delivery. 24 hour replication delivery services are available; however, please contact your account representative to discuss the manufacturing delivery options available for your situation.
