Can you tattoo over scars to hide the scar?

Addicted 2 Tattoos & Exotic Piercing - Tattoo FAQ's
Tattooing over a scar is risky. The problem is that when the skin heals, sometimes it does not remake the layers of skin like the original layers. This sometimes leaves the scar tissue very thin and weak. When tattooing over the scar there is the possibility that the tattoo will spread unevenly or not take at all over a scar. For this reason, we require a special release form to tattoo over scars. You can see a copy of this in our shop. This also applies to stretch marks. See similar questions...

Is it safe for me to use Komeda's thermal system if I have physical scars?

KOMEDA Infrared Thermal System :: FAQ
Yes. In fact, Komeda's infrared thermal system heals your scars through its far infrared rays. When your body tissues absorb the rays, the heat from the rays induces expansion on capillaries, increasing blood circulation to allow more oxygen to reach these affected areas and to discharge toxins that may be accumulated around the area in sweat form. Increased blood circulation has also been shown to relieve acne, eczema, psoriasis, burns, lesions, and cuts. See similar questions...

Christine's Cleanse Corner - ?juva Cleansing Program - Frequ...
Never, ever, ever use Senna. Not only is it habit-forming, Senna causes intestinal griping (that SUDDEN urge to go to the toilet) because it substitutes normal peristaltic action with a harsh artificial one. Many people who have used Senna have lost their natural peristaltic action until they cease use. See similar questions...
