Refurbished, we don't consider our equipment refurbished; however all equipment we sell is serviced, tested, and repaired if necessary. Some equipment receives more extensive renovation than others to make them ready for production.

We use the terms "used" and "refurbished" interchangeably, so there is no difference. All used or refurbished equipment is tested, cleaned and inspected.

Refurbished systems are produced at an Apple facility from extra parts, systems that had an issue but were replaced with good parts. Plastics are usually replaced and the systems are virtually identical to new product, but since they are not technically "new," they must be sold as "refurbished" and carry Apple's one-year warranty.

The process is simple. Call CEE! CEE will review your equipment list. We will supply you with a simple question list on the equipment. When we recieve your answers, we will supply you with an offer conditional upon inspection. If you accept the offer, CEE will have a technician inspect the equipment with in a couple days. If its good equipment, CEE will issue a purchase order for the equipment and send the money. We will make all the arranegements for pick-up. Its that easy.
