Oil and grease stains can be difficult to remove completely because they penetrate the concrete surface rapidly. If an oil spill occurs, stop it spreading by encircling with sand, dirt or sawdust. Soak up as much surface oil or grease as possible with an absorbent cloth or powder. Cover residue stain with a poultice made of 1 part lime to 2 parts mineral turpentine. Spread a 5mm layer of the paste over the stained area ensuring a margin of 50 to 100mm around edges.

Stone-X™ cleaner is a surface cleaner, it is not for removal of stains that have been absorbed, or have already entered the stone. Stain-X™ Poultice Powder is available for stain removal purposes. To treat upholstery, test for color fastness on a hidden section before cleaning. Remove all loose dirt from the area to be cleaned. Blot wet soil with a clean, color-safe cloth or paper towel. Then spray area and allow to penetrate the stain for 3-5 minutes. Blot with a clean damp colorfast cloth.

For the commercial cleans we like to keep the same cleaner/cleaners in place as they can then build a healthy rapport with the customer. A driveway can be placed next to the lot line as long as it does not affect the drainage between the lots and the water or snow shed does not go onto the neighbor's property. When widening a driveway it annot extend into the right-or-way without a permit from the Public Works Department.

This is a difficult question to answer effectively. There are so many products on the market that people say do NOT work. Wiping a dog's eyes out daily helps a lot. Food can be the culprit. There are many preservatives and additives in commercial dog foods that can cause reactions in some pets. Feeding a more natural diet seems to help tremendously. Feeding pure filtered water rather than tap water with chemicals in it helps, too. Tear stains seem to be worse in some of the smaller poodles.
