This is quiet normal, the Google ads only show when the website is uploaded to your server, further more any website designed in php are only "browsable" once uploaded.

You'll need to pay to register the domain name (if it is even available), and you'll likely want a company to host your pages at that domain. Nothing so far, and I don't expect to make much. I put the ads up purely for the entertainment value they provide in the context of the nodes they're associated with. Well, after over two years of paying for this site hosting and all of it's related expenses out of my own pocket, and not getting enough PayPal donations to cover the yearly costs of the site, instead of closing / folding the site completely, I decided to run some Google Ads on it. I can honestly say that I am glad I made that decision, as I can now re-couperate the yealy costs assiciated with this site via those ads. Positive Power is a non-profit organization that must cover a number of costs related to our educational and outreach materials (e.g., brochures, website, public talks, workshops). New Restaurants and Grocery Stores open and old ones close down on a regular basis, some change their address, etc... Those restaurants or food stores that regularly update and verify the information on their foodpages are elevated to "Verified" status.

We ask that publishers not line up images and ads in a way that suggests a relationship between the images and the ads. If your visitors believe that the images and the ads are directly associated, or that the advertiser is offering the exact item found in the neighboring image, they may click the ad expecting to find something that isn't actually being offered. That's not a good experience for users or advertisers.

We do not show your ads on the content network unless you would like us to. We'll be happy to do so -- just ask!
