You must go to the SHRP website and download the Admission Deferment Request form and submit to Enrollment Services. Enrollment Services will then contact your Program Director for approval. If the deferment is approved, you will receive another acceptance letter for the appropriate term. Students can only defer for 1 year from the term they were accepted to.
