I've tried your color refill kit but it won't print. Can you help?

Dataproducts
Because the color cartridges contain foam, it takes a while for the ink to flow down to the printhead. We suggest to put filler tube all the way to bottom of cartridge when filling so ink is closer to the printhead. Sometimes it helps to let the cartridge sit for a few hours. Also try cleaning the printhead with warm water. If cause was overfilling : we ask how much ink was injected. If cause was dryhead: we suggest warm water for 2-3 hours.

I've tried MODDING my Game System. It won't power on. Will this guide help me?

Not many people have the test equipment and resources to troubleshoot BGA components, even so, replacing the main board chip(s) would simply not be possible for most of our customers to do on their own.

I've tried to fly my kite several times and it just won't stay in the air. What should I do?

Into The Wind: FAQs
If you have difficulty getting your kite to fly at the same location on multiple attempts, you should always try another location first. Sometimes structures and buildings can block the wind resulting in unstable and turbulent conditions. These variable winds can make an otherwise excellent flying kite perform poorly. If the kite fails to fly at several different locations, double check that you have assembled it correctly and make sure you're flying within the recommended wind range.
