In the control panel, click the link that says "tabs". You will see a list of all of your tabs (see What is a tab?). Select "Add a new tab" and enter a name for your calendar, such as "Calendar" or "Schedule". Note: If you do not see the "Add a new tab" box, you may have the maximum number of tabs (see How many tabs can I create?) and will need to delete one of your existing tabs if you wish to create a calendar (see How do I delete a tab?).

You may already have the maximum number of tabs (see How many tabs can I create?). If this is the case, you will need to delete one tab in order to make room for your calendar (see How do I delete a tab?). If your eBoard is part of a building-wide or district-wide eBoard implementation, your administrator may have disabled the creation of new calendars. Contact your eBoard administrator to find out whether this is the case.

eBoard Calendar allows you to include web-based calendars in your eBoard. Like all eBoard features, eBoard Calendar is easy to use and lets you get started in just seconds! It's a great way to organize homework assignments, sporting events, meetings, and other information. eBoard Calendar takes eBoard to a whole new level, letting you post text, links, images, and documents just as you do with regular eBoard, but with the added advantage that everything is organized by date.

If you have purchased a district-wide educator license, please consult your district administrator for instructions. Otherwise, create a thirty-day free trial eBoard now and continue using your eBoard for just $39/year. You can also create a free trial eBoard by clicking the link on our home page. When you create an eBoard, you will need to provide an email address where you can be reached. Your email address will be kept confidential.

Make your changes. You can change the title, move the note to a new date or to another tab, change the text, add or remove attachments, and so on.

If you wish, you can enter some text which will be displayed when a user clicks on the note, and you can attach pictures or documents (see How do I post a note?).

Look for a link that says "control panel" in the upper right hand corner of your eBoard, and click on it. Look for the box that says "eBoard title" and enter the new title for your eBoard. If you no longer want a title, delete any text that is already in the "eBoard title" box so that it is completely empty.

eBoard name is a way of identifying a particular eBoard. If you have a district-wide educator license, the name of your eBoard must be different from the name of any other eBoard in your district. If you have purchased an individual eBoard license, the name of your eBoard must be different from the name of any other individual eBoard.

First, I recommend you all take a day off once in a while. Then I suggest you check out Yahoo! Calendar. It's remarkably easy to set up, everyone in your family can post to the same calendar if you share the password, and the best part is it's free! You can even create more than one calendar -- so you can use one for immediate family and another for your club or sports team. To view your new calendar click Calendar in your folder list, expand the folder, and then select the calendar. To view the contents of the new calendar in your main calendar, place a checkmark next to the calendar name box. The items it contains appears with its assigned colour as its background.

dCal does not include support for individual event calendars. For the Duke event calendar, visit calendar.duke.edu.

Step 1 is to select your favorite musicians. Click the "Add [artist name] to my favorites" link on a musician's profile page. If a profile doesn't exist, you can create it. Once you have your favorites selected, purchase AAJ Live Calendar and select "for my personal favorites" from the dropdown list. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to place the calendar on your website, on a MySpace page, and so on. For a quick look at installing the calendar, see our instructions page.

By default, a calendar folder will already be created in your account. If you'd like to create new calendars, you can right-click on calendar folders tree on your right and select 'New Folder' from the context menu.

eBoard title is a word or phrase that is displayed in large letters at the top of your eBoard. The purpose of your eBoard title is to welcome visitors to your eBoard and tell them something about the purpose of your eBoard. You might set your eBoard title to something like "Welcome to the Fourth Grade!" or "Mr. Wong's Biology". eBoard name is a way of identifying a particular eBoard. It is usually very short and must be different for every eBoard.

If you have a district-wide educator license, your site administrator may be able to change the name of your eBoard using our administration tools. If not, or if you are an individual eBoard customer, please contact eBoard customer support for assistance. Please note that changing the name of your eBoard will break any existing links to your eBoard (see How do I view my eBoard? Does it have a web address (URL)?).

Look for a link that says "control panel" in the upper right hand corner of your eBoard, and click on it. Check the check box that says "I understand that deleting my eBoard will remove all of my tabs, notes, and attachments. I also understand that this action is permanent and can not be undone."

There are three types of calendar entries that can be created in Outlook: Appointments, Events and Meetings. All three entry types are created in the same Outlook screen and depending on the preferences selected Outlook automatically considers the entry an appointment, event or meeting. What is the difference between the three entry types? An appointment is an entry that is less than one full day and relates only to you. An event is an entry that is a minimum of one full day but could be more.

The calendar is your photo archive where all your photos are organized by month. From here you can browse your photos using a simple and familiar calendar interface. You can also make a note to each month, which not only helps you locating photos (yours as well as friends and family members photos with a photo account), but also makes browsing experience more fun.
