In this case you may want to consider setting up an SCL Rule for the RFC2822 Received header. For example consider the IP 127.0.0.2. Let's say you want all emails originating from this IP to be deposited to the Junk Email folder or to be blacklisted. Here 5 is an SCL value for which emails are configured to be deposited to the Junk Email folder.
