We try to bring a strong field of players (120-150) and book on a day when juniors can get there (days off from school), plus a day that would be profitable to the golf course.

Yes, you are welcome to play a side game and a poker tournament simultaneously. In the interest of fairness to all players, we ask that you act promptly when it is your turn in either poker game. From the Requests menu in the PokerStars lobby, choose Tournament History. You may select any number of recent tournaments in which you participated, or any specific poker tournament.

A successful Tournament should have at least 36 players in 4 person teams. The number of players can increase to 72 for a nine hole Tournament. Should your participation level increase beyond that amount, the number of holes played should be increased to accommodate players. Should the number increase significantly, all 18 holes of the golf course can be played. Tournaments are usually played in a shotgun scramble/best ball to speed up play.

All levels of Bridge players will be present. Beginners and Novices are encouraged to attend. All play is stratified, and Bridge players of every level, from beginners to Life Masters play in these tournaments.

Good sportsmanship and conduct is required at all times from both players and spectators. Acts of poor sportsmanship, inappropriate conduct, and/or inappropriate/offensive language may result in warnings, game losses, match losses, disqualification or banning from our events. Showing up wearing clothing which features inappropriate/offensive language and/or imagery may also result in these same penalties being applied. Players are also expected to clean up after themselves.

Prizes vary based on the event and are usually based on the number of players in the event. The event description page will list what prizes are given out for a particular event. For events where the distribution is based on the number of players, the exact prize breakdown will be posted at the event.

I have played with as many as nine players, and it can be quite fun, but it can also drag. The best games are almost always with three or four players. To play with up to eight players you need two decks shuffled together. All the normal rules apply with a few addendums. No player can score points for two of the same type collection per hand. (One player can't get credit for two orphanages; for families, and couples, that would mean only four - one of each suit.

The number of players changes the game by an amazing amount. I usually play with 3 opponents but I think I will try some of the other combos. It should get tougher as you add more opponents. As you add the additional opponents, your amount of starting cash dwindles and therefore makes it harder to float a corporation. I cant be sure if there actually is any difference in the programming for the robber barons but this is what I have noticed: Gould is a share thrasher, a good robber baron.

Scenario Games make use of the "resurrection" concept to recycle players back into the action periodically. In general, once you are eliminated you will be sent to a Hospital Zone to await the next insertion of "resurrected" players. Usually, insertions happen every half hour, so you are never off the field very long. In fact, most Hospital stays are just long enough to clean off the goggles and gear up to go back in.

PvP battles consist of two or more teams of 4–8 players battling for supremacy. Team up with fellow guild members or other online players for PvP battles in Arenas, Guild battles, or Tournament play. Use Team chat and the mini-map to communicate strategy with your team, and be ready to adjust tactics on the fly! You can create PvP Only characters that start at level 20 and can access any items your Role playing characters have "unlocked.

It's easy, and oh so much fun!! Simply click on the Tournaments tab on the lower right if you are on the Gaming Floor. Then choose, Slots, Table Games or Poker. Check out the tourneys that say "Open" beside them. Note that when you highlight a tourney, information about the tourney will show in the right hand window, including the start time in your time zone. To enter, simply click, Enter Tourney. The entry fee is then deducted from your bankroll.

You can register for the multi-table tournament either in the tournament lobby in the poker client (the web based or the downloadable one) or at the tournament information page at PokerLoco. The tournament starts at the scheduled time, for example 3 pm ET. All tournament players must be logged into the tournament game before the tournament starts to keep their place in the starting line. Ensure that you are on the tournament page at least 2 minutes before the start.

There is seating for 80 players and waiting list of 20. No player, including waiting list players, will be seated after the first hour of play to ensure a quality turnament for all players. Waiting list players have their chip stack reduced by set of blinds every 20 minutes.

Any registered General Assembly delegate may participate however, the number of places available are limited and participation is subject to availability.

There are many costs associated with putting on a tournament. The participating hotels are pleased to have your business, and are sponsoring our tournament financially. We want to support those hotels that are supporting the tournament.

Players on the alternates list can withdraw at any time without penalty. If there are any withdrawals before the freeze deadline from the Main Draw, the next player on the alternates list will move up into the Main Draw. Once in a Main Draw, a player is committed to that tournament, will be penalized for late withdrawal or no-show and CANNOT play in any other event that week.
