Technically, no, but there's a practical limit. As the number of markers increase, so does the time required for the web browser to process them. The time becomes an issue when the number of markers exceed a few hundred. As long as the number of makers remain below 100 or so, it shouldn't be a major factor.

Good question. It seems that printing maps created using the Google Maps API is unreliable at best. Every browser seems to behave a little bit differently, so any "tricks" I include to make it work in, say, Firefox, might cause everything to blow up in Internet Explorer.
