No, MetaSynth does not contain any MIDI capabilities. Therefore it isnot possible to synchronize MetaSynth's playback engine with any other applications or external hardware. MetaSynth 4 supports sample rates up to 96k. Metasynth 4 supports 16-bit audio. MetaSynth Pro supports 24-bit audio. MetaSynth 4 supports any audio hardware that can be accessed via the OS X Audio MIDI Setup application and set as the default audio device.

In Options | Audio | Advanced, try turning Enable Simultaneous Record and Playback off.. If it works with Simultaneous Record and Playback off but not on, there is most likely a problem with the drivers for the soundcard and the manufacturer should be contacted. The video setup of the computer can also cause these types of problems. Go to Control Panel | System | Performance | Graphics, and turn "Hardware acceleration" down a couple of notches.

Flash SWF video has two framerates: a) a video framerate, which is the number of distinct video frames per second in your video, and b) a SWF framerate, which is the number of SWF frames in your final Flash video. These are not the same thing and you have to keep track of both - and how they relate to each other and to the source video framerate. Flash video is different in this way then standard video which has only a single video framerate. (Note: This does not apply to FLV video.

If the video plays back on your computer without problems then your best option is to re-encode the video and choose different video and audio bit-rates. See the FAQ on how to stop movies jerking.

This is usually to do with the speed of the system used for encoding. Older and those machines with low RAM will have trouble encoding video and will often produce video that falls out of sync. The power of the playback machine is also a factor. The larger the viewable video area, the more resources required for seemless playback. You will need to weigh up the average system of your users with the size of the video that you provide, or look to offer multiple sizes.

There have been numerous reports of "lip sync" problems, where the audio lags slightly behind the video, and even reports of the audio coming before the video. Perception of a sync problem is highly subjective--some people are bothered by it while others can't discern it at all.

This appears every now and then due to regionfree mode or at playback of an NTSC movie on a PAL TV-set or viceversa. Change region and/or TV-format.

The synchronization result of video and audio is highly depend on the computer performance. Please quit all other programs including any background jobs during conversion. Sometimes, the streaming audio in flash movie will cause the out of sync problem. To get the best result, we suggest to change the streaming sound to event sound, and disable the "Audio Streaming" setting in the Publish Setting Dialog Box when you export flash to swf.

That's a classic symptom of a clock error. The most important rule to keep in mind when you're using digital audio gear is that every piece of gear that's connected digitally must use the same clock. The Pro64 network simplifies this process by matching almost any clock you give it and distributing it throughout the network (so you don't have to run separate clock cables throughout your facility), but you still have to tell every digital audio device what to use as the clock.

If a card has "Pitch" in the text box, then you can send it to the discard to use the effect that's after the "Pitch" word, but you have to start defending in the next zone. Also, if you Pitch in your red zone, your opponent gets a point because if you Pitch in the red zone, it's like Focusing in the red zone.

Your system needs the most recent drivers and software. Download and install the latest version from the updates page then run the hardware tune-up utility. If the source is a NTSC source , "Drop frame mode" must be checked in the "Advanced MPEG Properties" page to avoid a lip sync loss.

There is no limit to how many time you can listen to an audio book. There are some limitations on how many times you can burn or sync your audio book download. Majority of the audio books can be burned and/or synced up to 3 times; however, some publishers have a limit of 1.5 times.
