The designation of "ethics" hours is made by the sponsor of the CPE program and must be included in documentation that the sponsor provides to the licensee. If you obtained your certificate on June 15, 2004, you would need to complete at least eight hours of ethics by June 30, 2007 (the June 30th following the third anniversary of the initial certificate issuance).
