On the Henry rifle, cartridges are fed into the action by the spring loaded magazine tube located under the barrel. Any police sniper rifle should be a sub-minute of angle gun. A minute of angle loosely translates to accuracy within one inch at 100 yards, two inches at 200 yards, etc. A sub-minute of angle gun is even more accurate than that.
