Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) reproduces the exact look of a printed page and is used for documents that could not be readily deployed in hypertext markup language (HTML)--the "typeset" format that is designed for web browsers--or in the plain "typewriter" text of ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange). Also, the document may be offered in PDF along with one or both of the other two formats.

For certain versions of CompuServe and AOL you may need to minimize the website, open Adobe Acrobat (Reader) in the background, and then maximize your browser prior to printing the forms. In order for the product to show up, you will need to login to webcentral click "Change" on "Home", then go "Web Page Options" and hit "Save". This should update your navigation and should show your new category/ product.

The information you submit is used in a number of reports. By standardizing on one system, we will be able to shorten the time to produce the final documents and maintain a higher quality document.
