We serve three 3-course meals per day (salad/soup, entr?e, dessert). Snacks are served between meals and before bedtime (3 per day). Menu preparation as well as eating schedules are adapted to each resident- this means that if you're mother isn't an early-riser she doesn't have to wake up early for breakfast, and if she's diabetic then diabetic meals will be prepared accordingly. Pureed diets, if required, are also accommodated. Our priority is to best serve our resident's comfort and needs.

Will conference meals and snacks be gluten-free?

University Community Childcare - Ames, Iowa
UCC provides breakfast, lunch and mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks for the children in attendance during those meal-times. The Center participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsored by the USDA. The meals provided by UCC must meet the CACFP nutrition guidelines.
