For resource and security reasons, SLED does not support FTP (file transfer protocol). All files will go into the public_html (Linux server) & httpdocs (Windows server) directory that you FTP into.

Sending through our ftp site is preferable because email has a file size limit of 2MB per email. E-mail is acceptable, provided your account number and complete order information is included.
