There are so many to choose from that sometimes it is difficult to know. There are, however, two golden rules: Moisturising is absolutely vital for anyone with psoriasis. Although it does not get rid of the psoriasis, it makes it less scaly and much more comfortable. The best moisturiser is the one that you feel happiest with and that you feel you can use easily on a regular basis. Discuss this with your GP and ask her or him to prescribe one that you like and will use.

If you wish, you can insulate the walls of a box cooker with various substances. Fiberglass or Styrofoam is usually not recommended since they give off ill-smelling gases as they heat up. Natural substances such as cotton, wool, feathers, or even crumpled newspapers work well. Many people, however, leave the walls empty of any stuffing, preferring instead to place a piece of foiled cardboard as a baffle inside the wall airspace. This makes a lighter cooker and seems to be adequate.

Use approximately 30-40cm length of floss. Hold it taut between your thumbs to floss the top teeth, and between your forefingers to floss the bottom teeth. Leave about 5cm of floss between the fingers. The floss must be taut when it is used. Guide the floss between the teeth using a very gentle sawing motion. Move up and down to clean gently under the gum line. Don't be too rough and be careful not to cut your gums.

Fetchmail will work with any POP, IMAP, ETRN, or ODMR server that conforms to the relevant RFCs (and even some outright broken ones like Microsoft Exchange and Novell GroupWise). This doesn't mean it works equally well with all, however. POP2 servers, and POP3 servers without LAST, limit fetchmail's capabilities in various ways described on the manual page.

Fetchmail will work with all popular mail transport programs. It also doesn't care which user agent you use, and user agents are as a rule almost equally indifferent to how mail is delivered into your system mailbox. So any of the popular Unix mail agents -- elm, pine, mh, or mutt -- will work fine with fetchmail. All this having been said, I can't resist putting in a discreet plug for mutt. My own personal mail setup is sendmail plus fetchmail plus mutt.

Many manufacturers offer proprietary lithium ion battery systems with their cameras. These are very sophisticated batteries with very long life. Sony's Infolithium battery system is perhaps the best example of this technology. The negative side of lithium ion battery systems is that these proprietary systems tend to be very expensive.

No respectable loggers will display any messages with the keyword "nolog". Since many logs are publically accessible to any Web user, you may wish to use this if you are mocking your employer. Long, long ago, embedding the string JJ-232 had the same effect, but it is no longer nearly as widely supported as /nolog. Bear in mind that nolog is not a real guarantee that your information will stay private.
