Flash will not import .swf files in the entirety that contain Actionscript, audio, video, or movie clips. You must either use the loadMovie actionscript command to load the .swf file, or export as a .fla file from Text-Osterone which can then be directly opened in Flash.

Flash (.swf) files are material that have been created using Macromedia Flash. You can view this material online but you need to have installed the free Macromedia Flash browser plug-in.

htm file: You can double-click the file to play SWF file in your web browser. If you do not want to generate the file, please go to "Options" -> "SWF Options" and uncheck "Create HTML file".

The Macromedia Flash authoring tool can not import any Flash SWF file higher than version 3. To bring those Flash SWFs into Macromedia Flash you should use LoadMovie actionscript.

WildPresenter's main output format is Flash SWF. Flash SWF is an open multimedia format created by Macromedia (now Adobe), which also releases the free Flash player. Flash offers many great features including interactivity, animation, video, audio and small file sizes.

You can submit .fla files containing the source for your text effect animations and we will try to add it to the program in an update. You can also point us to examples so we can see exactly the effect you are wanting, and we will do our best to add it to the program.

You can't import a Flash 4 effect into Macromedia Flash. You can use the LoadMovie action. You can also get our software, Linx, which can import any Wild FX effect (and any SWF, image or audio file). It is a great way to combine Wild FX effects and to add images and audio.

Flash Video MX has a very easy wizard that helps you to create swf files.

You need to make sure these swf file use absolute path to load each others. If they use relative path, then you need to download all swf files and create the same sub directory structure for the downloaded swf files.

The only Gerber file type KCam supports is RS274X. KCam needs the built in aperture list to determine line and pad sizes. Some PCB CAD programs don't have RS274X output and some don't add all apertures. These PCB CAD packages will not produce a file KCam can read properly. Tip: It helps to rename your Gerber files to *.gbr for use in the recent file list. If you open a file with an extension other than .gbr then KCam doesn't know its a Gerber file and uses the standard Gcode open method.

Reboot the computer with only the base extension set enabled. One or more of the extensions in the System Folder may be causing a conflict with SWF 'n Slide. Update your OS, CarbonLib extension, QuickTime to the lastest versions. The latest version can be downloaded for free from Apple's web site at http://www.apple.com. When installing QuickTime, choose the "Recommended installation" option. This is a problem that occurs on certain configuration of Windows 98/ME.

Microsoft products do provide text (ASCII) export features. (To create Exports in Excel, Save As "Comma delimited - CSV". In Access use the Save As/Export|External File|Save As - TXT, CSV...) However, they do not create the "standard" ASCII structure that PC Card Catalog is expecting. Their exports do not enclose fields containing spaces with quotes. That can make for pretty random field assignments during the PCCC import (Item Entry|Import|ASCII).

There are several reasons for this. The first is that your flash may be too powerful for shots at such close range. If you have a way to reduce the power on your flash, try this. The second issue is that your flash may not be angled properly to fully illuminate objects at such close range. Your lens may even be blocking some of the light from the flash.

To bring text into a Web4Print text frame, just cut and paste directly from a word-processing document. You can also import EPS, TIF, JPG, GIF and BMP files and treat them as images/objects within a Web4Print document.

If an item has little or no description, sometimes the flash player doesn't have enough room in the top portion of the page and covers the files below. If you don't want to add a description (which would be nice, so that people know what they're listening to), you can add extra space in the description field using paragraph tags.
