Using Guided Keyword, select the appropriate index name from the "Search in:" drop down menu -- for LCCNs choose the LC Control Number LCCN (K010) and for ISBNs and ISSNs select International Standard Numbers (KISN).

Obtain an ISBN / Bookland number from www.isbn.org, let's assume you received "0-672-32230-7". Select Code EAN 13 in the codetype and enter "978" (that's the standard ISBN prefix used to distinguish book from grocery products etc.) into the data field for your code and append your number.
