Videotape (analog) copying is prevented with a Macrovision 7.0 or similar circuit in every player. The general term is APS (Analog Protection System). Computer video cards with composite or s-video (Y/C) output must also use APS. Vanderbilt does not keep copies of diplomas issued. If you need a new diploma, one must be ordered for you from the diploma company. This takes 4-6 weeks and costs $20. You may contact the University Registrar's office to obtain a replacement diploma.

Special Issues are journal overlays: every Special Issue paper is published (within a few days of acceptance) in a regular, numbered issue; it simultaneously appears on the Special Issue web page. Special Issues do have DOI numbers so they can be linked to collectively.

Yes, there is a charge of $3.00 per statement requested. The charge can be debited directly to your credit card, bank account or pre-pay amount. The statements will be faxed into your voicemailbox. Or your statements for the past year are available via the internet if you are web enabled.

To order a copy of a past statement online, use our Online Form within Account Services. You will need to provide us with the statement To and From date. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.*

Some television shows may be bought on home video at our store. Many past season television episodes also re-run through the Summer months or in syndication.

Exam Papers are now available online. Copies of exam papers from the last five years are available from the Short Loan Collection (SLC) on Floor 2.

Payroll Office does not keep copies of employee pay stubs. We suggest you securely store any past pay stubs for future credit request purposes. When disposing of your past pay stubs, please ensure they are properly shredded prior to disposal.
