The shoes, clogs, and boots have removable insoles. Remove these and wash the footwear with mild soap and water, then dry with a paper towel. Replace the insoles inside the footwear and you're back in business. To clean the insoles hand wash with mild soap and water, gently wring out, and lay flat on the counter to dry over night. The sandals can get wet but the way to clean them is with a damp paper towel, a handiwipe, etc.

Can I use the Polish & Glaze on my new car?

Malm's Carnauba Wax and Polish outshines anything!
Certainly! But you should wait at least 6 weeks from the day car was painted before you apply anything, including car wash! Soft fresh paint needs time to "air dry" and harden. After 6 weeks you may only need washing and waxing. Polish is usually not needed yet unless the dealer prep caused swirl marks and scratches you'd like to remove. The manufactured date should be stamped on a small plate located on the driver's side door frame.

Should I use Polish & Glaze before each application of wax?

Malm's Carnauba Wax and Polish outshines anything!
Not necessarily. First wash and dry the car. If it's perfectly clean and smooth and there are no scratches you wish to remove, don't polish. However, if you aren't satisfied with the shine after washing, the paint may still be coated with dirt or oxidation that's not detectable by eye. At that point try polish in a small area. If you can now see and 'feel' an improvement, do the whole car.

Can I use a power polisher to apply Malm's Polish & Glaze and wax?

Malm's Carnauba Wax and Polish outshines anything!
Polish & Glaze can be applied with a motorized polishing machine. We suggest units that use an orbital motion that resembles hand polishing. These machines are usually easier and safer to use than high speed rotary buffers. Polishes tend to dry rapidly when using machines. Dry polish will simply blow off the paint and you must keep applying more. To avoid wasting polish, simply keep a spray bottle filled with distilled water handy. Spray the paint often so the polish stays damp.

How should I clean/polish my guitar?

Taylor Guitars | FAQs Answers
For all "glossy" Taylor models, we recommend a non-abrasive (very important!) carnauba wax or a brand-name guitar polish to rub out minor scratches and to preserve the high-gloss finish. However, our 300 and 400 Series models, two of the four Taylor acoustic basses, our 100 and 200 Series, and all Baby Taylors have a "satin" (non-gloss) finish. On these Taylors, you don't want to use any type of polish, wax, or Murphy's Oil Soap anywhere on the body, because they can damage the finish.

Frequently Asked Questions
We need to send all leather garments out to a leather specialist, and so the turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from pickup until delivery at your desk. Please note that leather cleaning is specialized and expensive, and so be sure to check the prices under Pricing and Payment. Garments with even a small amount of leather trim also need to be cleaned by a leather specialist, because the leather pieces would be ruined if dry cleaned in normal dry cleaning solvent.

Are your shoes (or jacket) leather?

Guide to Etiquette and Frequently Asked — Compassionat...
There are two answers for this. If you do in fact have leather shoes you can say that you got them before going vegetarian or vegan, and that it would be wasteful to throw them out just to purchase new ones. You can also say that next time you go shopping you will be buying one of the many cruelty-free pairs of shoes that are on the market now a days. If your shoes are synthetic then you may want to say, "They're non-leather, but I appreciate your concern.
