You may request a cancellation of the escrow account from the Lender if your loan is a conventional loan. You may be assessed a fee to process the cancellation. The approval from the Lender to cancel the escrow account will be based on such items as the amount of equity in your property and your mortgage payment history.

Call the number on the back of your card to submit your request to close your account. Please note that the membership fee and all applicable fees will continue to be charged to the account until it has a zero balance and has cycled. Once the account is closed it cannot be reactivated.
