All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania. For orders shipped via Standard method to destinations within the United States, the USPS estimates 2-3 business days for delivery. Actual transit time can vary, and is not guaranteed. If you place your order online, at the time of shipment you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment. When your order ships via USPS, this confirmation email will also contain the USPS tracking number and a link to a website where you can track shipment status.

We offer the quickest order turn-around in the industry - 24 hours on selected products. Please review our Free Rush Service policy for more details. You can refer to our Shipping Policy to determine the scheduled Ground Transit time from our location. 2-Day Air & Next Day Air is available to most addresses at an additional cost (a signature is required at the time of delivery for all air shipments).

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority recommends arriving two hours before a domestic departure, or three hours before an international departure (or a domestic departure connecting to an international flight at another U.S. airport), but please check directly with your airline for specific recommendations.

Most orders shipped within the continental US should arrive within 10 business days. Orders (outside the continental US) to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc., ship U.S. Mail and will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.

You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment (30 minutes if it is a first appointment). This allows time for your chart to be pulled and updated. Any forms that have been completed before your visit can be added to your chart.

We ship standard UPS ground within 24 hours of placing your order--average delivery time is 3-4 business days unless "rush" shipping is requested (Next Day or 2nd Day Air).

As long as it takes. Generally speaking, US orders arrive in 3-5 business days (longer during the holiday rush), and international orders arrive in 5-10 business days, however, international orders are sometimes held up in customs for unusually long periods of time (up to 3-4 weeks to Canada, and 6-8 weeks outside of North America).

We aim to process DIY kits within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Made to measure orders will take longer, especially in the Spring and Summer. We will provide and estimate of delivery time and confirm this before despatch. We aim to complete all made to measure supplies or fully fitted orders within 15 days from date or order.
