No. PocketVPN installs and operates without any changes to your Domain Controller. All existing users, groups, and policies remain intact without any modification. PocketVPN does not require you to create any special accounts or groups either; it runs in your domain 'as-is'.

You can make changes to your domain name by using the OpenSRS management interface at: http://manage.opensrs.net. Bear in mind you'll need your domain's username and password to make the desired changes.
