All applicants to the College must provide an original report of a Canadian Criminal Record Check (CRC) that you can obtain by asking your local or regional police service anywhere in Canada. The report must show that a search was done on all names you are currently using or have used, such as the name on your College application form, your name at birth as listed on your proof of identity document, your maiden name and any former names.
