After you log on to Wakulla Bank Internet Banking, select the "Options" tab. Type in the alias of your choice then click on "Submit ".

Initially you will automatically be assigned a Wakulla Bank Internet Banking ID and password. The first time you log on to Wakulla Bank Internet Banking you will be asked to choose a different password for security reasons. You may choose any alphanumeric password 4 to 8 characters in length. You will also have the option of setting up an alias such as your name, to use in place of your Wakulla Bank Internet Banking ID, once you have entered the site.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 on a Windows platform, your Wakulla Bank Internet Banking ID and password may automatically fill in when you enter Wakulla Bank Internet Banking. This is a feature of this browser version that works much like later versions of Microsoft Word where the application automatically completes words that you have typed before and use frequently, this is not a feature Wakulla Bank controls through Wakulla Bank Internet Banking.

e-Cert on smart ID card is a readily available two-factor authentication tool. It can strengthen Internet banking security by implementing two-factor authentication and protect bank customers from Internet banking frauds. Two-factor authentication is a security measure that requires two forms of authentication to access a system. This is an alternate name or "alias" for your email address. Mail addressed to the alias will be sent to the real mailbox. For instance, your company may want several common names such as "sales", "billing" to be aliases for a single email account.
