Yes. I have had one student who used regulated power supplies because the bargain transformer that he bought had too high a secondary voltage rating. He designed regulators to drop the voltage down to the required values. I have no recommendations on the design of the regulators. They must be able to pass the full amplifier current and the pass transistors in them must be heat sinked. In effect, each regulator is another power amplifier that supplies voltage and current to the amplifier.

The two types of power supplies are regulated and unregulated. We prefer unregulated power supplies since the current doesn't "fold back" when it gets too high. However, an unregulated power supply's voltage may spike and blow the drive if you do not size the power supply's voltage a little lower than the drive's input voltage. The current on your power supply can be greater than the drive's, but it should not be less than the rated current of the motor.

I have compared your circuit diagram to your parts layout for the circuit board, and I think that I have found an error. The order of R30 and D5 is reversed when you compare the diagram and the layout, and similarly for R31 and D6. These elements are in series. The order of series elements doesn't matter. A math analog is 2 + 3 = 3 + 2. It doesn't matter which comes first. I have redrawn the circuit diagram to reverse the order of the resistors and diodes.
