A valid passport is required to enter and depart Peru. Tourists must also provide evidence of return or onward travel. Work permits are issued by the government to employers, not employees. When you get a job the employer will send you some forms to fill out. Usually the forms ask for information about work history, education, and training that is relevant to the job you are applying for. You will also be required to have a medical exam and the doctor will be required to fill out the medical forms which will also be given to you by the employer. There is no possibility to deduct the costs of a residence permit. Work related costs are not deductible anymore since 2001. Work related costs are considered to be covered by the labour tax credit you receive. If you have the 30% ruling then the tax free allowance should cover the extra territorial costs. You can get a work permit from the school the minor attends. If you are going to the UK for some kind of legitimate employment lasting for six months or more, your UK employer should have gotten (or is currently getting for you) a Work Permit or Work Visa.
