A Justice of the Peace, Lawyer, Notary Public or the Registrar of the Board may certify documentation required by the Board.

Either ACE's Aerobic Instructor Certification or AFAA's Primary Certification are excellent starting points for aerobics instructors, and either organization's Personal Trainer Certification for Personal Trainers. There may also be other organizations in your area. In the northeast (New Hampshire and Massachusetts) there is an organization called Fitness Resources, based in Bow, New Hampshire. (Not to be confused with Fitness Resources Associates in Needham, MA - another excellent organization).

Certified copies of documents are available at any Clerk's Office depending on where the case is filed. The cost is $9.00 per certification plus $.50 per page for the copies. To obtain copies by mail write to U.S. Bankruptcy Court c/o mail requests. The addresses for the Court's Clerk's Offices are located on the home page of this website. Please specify the name of the document to be certified and the document number if available. There is an additional file search fee of $26.

Any transcript, certificate, diploma, or test result you send to us must be an original document or a certified copy. Your university will certify copies of documents by stamping them with the university stamp. If your university cannot do this, you must get the copies endorsed by a public notary or a lawyer who has seen the original documents. Do not write on any of your documents yourself. If nominated, the Canada visa office may require your documents to be translated by a certified translator. We recognize that there may be guaranteed job offers for occupations where you possess unique skills that are in demand, but the number of positions available do not warrant being listed on the HDOL-PN.

Yes we do provide certified translations. When a document is being used for immigration, admission to institutions of higher learning, or for some legal or "official" purpose, a certified translation is appropriate. This procedure entails the placement of a printed statement following the translation, certifying that the translation is complete and accurate, to the best of our knowledge. This certification contains the signature of the Department Director or other authorized staff.
