You probably have a firewall on yourside. You may want to select the 2nd check box (firewall support) on the login form so that the client attempt to connect to the server via port 23, which many firewalls don't block. If you enter an incorrect password on the Login screen, the system will display a page with a “Forgot your Password?” link. Click on the link and then press the Submit button and a new password will be e-mailed to you.
