Our Fluorescent Lightshades™ are produced on a flexible high quality backlit print medium. This material assures the best color accuracy and durability possible. The development process applied to this material produces stunning quality that will last for many years. Because the material is flexible, it is easily sized to to the fixture using only a pair of scissors.

This option uses two sets of lift cords which allows the shade to be opened by lowering the top down or by raising the bottom up. This is helpful for protecting your privacy while allowing light in. The cost and availability of this option is shown in our option section for each for each product that it is available for. The standard blind only rises by lifting the bottom up.

There are several ways to do this. You can wear each shade by itself for one day and see which looks best. You can apply a stripe of each shade on your clean face (most recommend doing this near the jaw line) and choose the one that seems to disappear into your skin.

We recommend a mild, 5% soap solution and a soft cloth for SheerWeave fabrics. For solar shades, soft dusting along with a mild non-ammonia window cleaner and soft paper towel, keeping blind down until completely dry.

They are surprisingly strong and durable. Although they're made of paper, the multitude of thin layers on top of each other forms a thick mass. Additionally, the form is always round, making it even more solid. On top of that, they're saturated with epoxy; an improved version of polyester. The epoxy serves mainly to make them water resistant, so you can keep them clean with a wet cloth.

You can obtain 2 or more shades lighter with long term use. Dr. THIENNA achieved 2.5 to 3 shades lighter. Dr. THIENNA was born with dark olive skin tone. She currently has fair skin with a light yellow understone.

Dark shadows are the plague us all. There a few products on the market called correctors that will make the shadows disappear. You need to find the right corrector for your problem. Make-up USA sells color correctors in their "Platinum Collection". Mint will neutralize redness, Alabaster covers dark circles on warm skin tones (this is probably most people), and Lavender gives a yellowish complexion a healthy glow and covers shadows/sallowness.

The Green Show is a parish-wide event held on the first weekend of December. Goods made by parishioners through workshops are sold to the community. Goods include greens, tabletop arrangements, baked goods, soups, frozen foods, and craft items. The proceeds from the Green Show go directly to the Outreach Committee for disbursement into the community. The Preview Party is attended by a majority of the parish and is a wonderful way to see all of the parishioners.

If you have a vertical or Venetian Blind, then you can cut the width. However, if you have a Roller Shade, Pleated Shade or anything else made of fabric, then we strongly recommend against it. There is a high risk for the fabric to unravel and dissolve.
