Many people incorrectly believe that this cannot be done in Windows 98. It just requires an extra step. (If you have a really old version of Windows 98, you might need to download some of Microsoft's updates first.) Good question. It seems that printing maps created using the Google Maps API is unreliable at best. Every browser seems to behave a little bit differently, so any "tricks" I include to make it work in, say, Firefox, might cause everything to blow up in Internet Explorer. Technically, no, but there's a practical limit. As the number of markers increase, so does the time required for the web browser to process them.
