Hand wash in warm or cold soapy water and AIR DRY. You can also machine wash warm or cold with your regular detergent, preferably in a laundry bag so they do not inadvertently get placed in the dryer-AIR Dry ONLY. Wash frequently (depending on use) to keep the insole free of dirt/grime and also to keep bacteria/odor free.

I prefer handwash or automatic washer with "delicate" program: warm water (near 40c) and some neutral detergent with NO chlorine or bleach, like ones used for kids' clothes. Please buy a washing bag (used widely to wash legwear) and always close all the zippers on the suit, if you're using a washing machine. Never use dryers or fans - let the suit dry on the air, and preferrably in horisontal position... That's all!

Absolutely! This is your new hair. Wash, curl and have fun. Though you can wash everyday you will find that your extensions hair will stay clean and curled for days. Wake up too late this morning? No problem. Your hair still looks great!

A big YES here! Even a few drops of water will create problems, i.e. the polish will be difficult to remove and will probably leave streaks. Furthermore, DRI WASH 'n GUARD'S. shine and protection qualities will be greatly diminished.

We use the 'high' temperature setting for most loads, medium or low heat for fabrics with self-esteem issues.

You have to meet at least one of the minimums - either the 14 pound/$17.25 WDF minimum or the $25 minimum for drycleaning. If you don't meet either minimum, we will add a 'Minimum Charge Adjustment' to the one that comes closest to the required minimum.

Before you contact us about damage. please consider that many factors affecting your clothes are outside of our control. We do our best to find and remove items from pockets, but we can not be responsible for items that you leave in your pockets or put into your laundry bag which damage clothes or become damaged themselves. Items such as pens, lipstick, crayons, oil, and many others can cause extensive damage to clothes in washers and dryers.

Our processing is so tightly controlled that it is unlikely that we would lose or misplace items of your clothing. Regardless, if you think that you are missing clothes from an order, please contact us the same week that the order is delivered. We will check your work ticket for the weigh-in and weigh-out numbers, look through our lost and found, check with the attendant who did your order, and even review security cameras to confirm the presence or absence of items.

Absolutely! You should treat the hair like your own natural hair. When brushing your hair, start from the bottom and work your way up, while holding the root area- to keep it from stretching or aggravating the hair root. All heat appliances may be used, take caution not to over heat the bonded area.

Normally it makes no difference, but in cases where the paint is in very poor condition-dry, rough, oxidized-it is better to remove the product immediately before moving to the next area.

Most all of our laundry machines, except those in Burr, Fedde, Love, Cather and Pound, are card operated. A student may request a laundry card from the desk located in his or her hall/complex. Using cash, he or she will place value on the card through the Debitek Machine also located at the desk in his or her hall or complex. The student then inserts the card into the machine and can activate the machine to wash or dry.
