Empire is a small village on the shoreline of Lake Michigan in what is known to Michiganders as "the pinky region". People from Michigan typically use their left hand to describe locations in their home state. Detroit is at the knuckle under the thumb, etc. Empire would then be at approximately the left edge of your left hands pinky-nail. The release point for the Cat Safety collar is approximately 5 lbs. of pressure, which is appropriate given the range of weights in cats. Although it can be frustrating to cope with lost cat collars, it is very much preferable to the alternative (not releasing when needed). Rule of thumb for fit-ting a breakaway cat collar: it should be snug enough to resist pulling over the cat's head. Yes! The Brakelock II (BX88141) breakaway system is installed under the hood of the towed vehicle. Pressing on the coach's brake pedal before towing charges the air reservoir. A lanyard attaches to the rear of the coach with a small hook, when the alanyard is pulled out the brakes in the towed vehicle are applied.

ToadStop has tow protections for break away. The most common failure is a failure of the tow components between the vehicles. During this type of failure, ToadStop is the only system that will apply braking, when the towed falls back on the tow cables. This will activate the RV dash light to alert you to the problem and then keep the vehicles apart, while you safely stop.

ToadStop stores enough vacuum within the towed vehicle to safely bring it to a full controlled stop. Even on wet surfaces or gravel, no wheel lockup assures complete controlled anti-lock performance.
