When a tracking number is included, please note that we've assigned it before giving the package to the carrier. If your tracking number does not appear immediately, the carrier may still be processing this information into their system. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for the updated information.

When USPS picks up the package it takes a while for the package to arrive at the local warehouse. Then it must be sorted and scanned, where it will arrive in the online database. Be sure to check out your Order History and retry the tracking number in a few hours. If your tracking number still isn't working within 24 hours, contact us at service@thepocketpartner.com and one of our knowledgeable customer service associates will be happy to help you.

Try again in 24 hours; as the tracking number might not be in the shipping company's computers yet. If your tracking number still does not work after 24 hours, E-mail or call us and we will assist you.

Please wait until the day after receiving your tracking number before attempting to track your package. If at this point you cannot track your package, e-mail us at sales@thedbsnorkel.com and we will work with you and UPS regarding your shipment.

First, sometimes we ship so fast, even our shippers can't keep up! If you just received your shipping confirmation email and your tracking number doesn't seem to be working, the tracking number may not yet be active in the shipper's system. Please try your tracking number again in a few more hours when it should be activated. Second, make sure that you are checking your tracking number with the correct shipper (i.e. don't try to track a UPS tracking number at the USPS web site).

K-Net Systems will update you with a tracking number via email. This is provided that a valid email address has been provided on the order form. Tracking number will emailed within 24 hours of item's shipped out.

If your Order was shipped to an address located in the lower 48 states of the USA, it was most likely shipped by UPS ground shipment, which can take "3 to 5 business days" to arrive. Since Affinity guarantees to ship within 2 business days from the time you place your Order, it can take up to "7 business days" to arrive. If the time period extends over a weekend, add 2 more calendar days. UPS does not usually deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and Affinity is closed on weekends.

Because we rely on the efficiency and accuracy of the USPS, most packages will not receive a tracking number.

If you chose DHL worldwide Express, we will email you the tracking number. Unfortunately, UPS/International mail delivery does not provide tracking numbers. Therefore, we highly recommend that you use DHL or request us to use another express shipping company that provides tracking services for international shipments.

Due to security concerns, DISTANT REPLAYS DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS. You may contact us toll-free at 1-888-241-8807 to see if your order has shipped, but we cannot give you a tracking number. If you received an incorrect order, e-mail us at returns@distantreplays.com to explain the situation - please include your name, telephone number, order number and address. Someone will contact you to arrange for a UPS Call Tag to return the merchandise.
