First, sometimes we ship so fast, even our shippers can't keep up! If you just received your shipping confirmation email and your tracking number doesn't seem to be working, the tracking number may not yet be active in the shipper's system. Please try your tracking number again in a few more hours when it should be activated. If your Order was shipped to an address located in the lower 48 states of the USA, it was most likely shipped by UPS ground shipment, which can take "3 to 5 business days" to arrive. Since Affinity guarantees to ship within 2 business days from the time you place your Order, it can take up to "7 business days" to arrive.
