With the printer display showing ready (not in power save mode), open drawer 1 completely. Close the drawer completely and wait for the display to say ready. Printing should resume normally. This error usually occurs after the printer has been powered down or been in power save mode. There is a timing problem with the Intermediate Transfer Belt in that drawer. Open the upper most drawer and write down the HP part number shown on top of the blue-handled cartridge, the number should start with the letter c.
