No. Because of the major changes in how plug-ins work from version 2.x to 3.x of Winamp WinCue will not work with Winamp 3.x.

I have no plans on writing a Winamp3 compatible version in the near future, but if enough people request it, I will consider making a new version. The reason for this is that Winamp's architecture has changed dramatically from version 2 to version 3, and writing a version of WinCue compatible with Winamp3 requires a lot of work.

All the texture sets reside in a subdirectory called skins relatively to the place where you've installed the AmigaAMP executable.
