Make sure your browser accepts cookies, and your firewall doesn't block out going information.. Make sure your cap lock is off as the login and password fields are case sensitive. If you continue to have problems, you should clear your cache and delete your Internet history. You might also speak to your network administrator to make sure they are not blocking the Fotolia website. We recommend trying to download the photo again via the "my photos" page.

The AudioStreet.Net forums require a separate login than the main site. We have not yet integrated the forums with the main site's membership database, so you must sign up there separately.

There appears to be a bug with the way cookies are managed between SP and the forums (the forums are a plug-in that uses it's own cookies). Occasionally users are unable to post to the Prate & Prattle forum in particular. You can either delete your cookies and login again, or post to one of the other message boards first, then try Prate & Prattle again. This thread is most used for this purpose.

It's probably because it's before Nov 13, when the Internet voting begins. It ends on December 13, 8pm. If it's after November 13, you may be typing your PIN incorrectly. Your web browser also needs to accept cookies and support Java - you might try voting from another computer if you have access to another. If it's none of these problems, contact the Election committee at kpfalabelections@hotmail.com or simply mail in your paper ballot.

If you happen to forget or misplace your User Identification Number, you can always obtain it by logging into CLASS-Web with your old Student ID number and clicking the “What’s my new User ID?” link.
