If you do not disable the Save the backup definition file option in the Options tab then your backup settings included the Job list will be copied to the destination disk. You can manually restore this file into the folder where you have installed the program and then run GRBackPro.

Moneydance can be set up to save backup files, which are just regular .md save fiels with the file extension "chopped off" to keep you from confusing them with your regular files.
