The way scores are calculated depends on the type of examination procedure administered. For more information, please refer to the section of the Application Process titled: "How you are rated." No. Additional education or work experience cannot be considered after your name has been placed on a register. However, you are allowed to re-apply nine months after being placed on a continuous register. At that point, you may submit any additional education and experience on your new application.

Topic scores are a roll up of the scores of the questions in the topic and all its subtopics. Your topic scores start out at zero. As the question scores increase, the containing topic scores increase as well. If the scores for all questions under a particular topic reach 100%, then the score for that topic becomes 100%. Topic scores are a good way to get an idea of your progress through the material.

If you registered using AMIDEAST's local registration service, the scores will be mailed to AMIDEAST's headquarters in Washington, DC, and shipped via TNT Courier to AMIDEAST/Iraq, where students can pick up their scores either in Erbil or Baghdad. Scores should be available for pick up six to eight weeks after the test date.

The percentage, which is related to the drill diameter is used to calculate the width of the copper ring that is around the drilling. Default is 25%. A drill diameter of, for example, 0.032 inches results in a ring width of 0.008 inches. In the next step EAGLE checks if this value is within the given minimum and maximum boundaries. If so, the diameter of the pad results for our example in (2 * 0.008) + 0.032 = 0.048 inches. Let's assume the minimum value is set to 0.010 inches.

For all examination sections except BEC, separate scores are produced for multiple-choice questions, written communication, and simulations (not including written communication). The three part scores are then weighted according to the percentage value of each component, and added together to arrive at a total score.

Estimates for specific health conditions, such as diabetes, are calculated using special computer software that analyzes patterns within claim data. This software organizes data by health condition and gathers all costs including doctors, surgeons, x-rays, lab tests, hospital fees and prescription drugs together. We present costs based on the claims we've received from health care providers over the last 18 months.

The CPI is a product of a series of interrelated samples. First, using data from the 1990 Census of Population, BLS selected the urban areas from which data on prices were collected and chose the housing units within each area that were eligible for use in the shelter component of the CPI. The Census of Population also provided data on the number of consumers represented by each area selected as a CPI price collection area.
