Charter airlines are usually more restrictive when it comes to the weight of your baggage. You may be able to pay extra at the airport to increase your allowance, but this can be expensive. Well really the short answer is not a lot if travelling short haul, but on a par with the likes of easyjet or Ryanair. Typical charter flight seat pitch is 28" and the food served, if any, is at the discretion of the company chartering the aircraft, not the airline.
