According to this fellows you can. You need to use DVRedit to cut the commercial out and create a new DVR file, and then use DVR2WMV to convert the file to divx format. Both tools are available here. There are two commercial programs (Sonic Primetime and Arcsoft's Showbiz ) available to burn DVDs, also converting content to mpeg-2. I have tried a few, and I like Nero Vision Express a lot. The ontologies are initially produced in the specially designed OBO flat file format. They are converted to XML once a month for the convenience of users who require this facility. Both formats and many others are available in the GO downloads section.
