Every hit/request made by your account to the CPU requires a certain time to be executed. Our system measures these hits/requests and the CPU time that they use. This includes scripts, applications, web pages, basically all activity of your account. Our system uses a complicated algorithm to calculate what part of the CPU time your account has used for the past 24 hours.

Bandwidth usage is a measure of Web site traffic. It is comprised of two traffic types: HTTP and FTP. HTTP traffic is incurred both when people visit and download files from your site using a Web browser. FTP traffic is incurred each time you upload site content using an FTP client. There is currently no "nice" call in hypermail to limit itself. Maybe we can consider it in the future. You might run it as a subcommand to nice. For example in an aliases file: "|nice someval 'hypermail command line'" I've NEVER tried this so... ;) You might also be looking at a very large archive with lots of messages being the cause. If you don't have the speed limiter on, Project64 will attempt to run a game as fast as your system possibly can and so your CPU will be fully loaded regardless of how fast your system is or which game it is etc. If you do have the limiter on, this is a sign that your system is not fast enough to run the emulator at full speed in the given situation and configuration. If the customer is over their MVT by this average, Tachyon will deprioritize the customer's traffic. MVT is not reset at the beginning of the month. Please increase the value of Monitor->Tools -> System Setting -> Supervision interval, thus reduce the frequency of supervision activities, which require CPU power. It's not zero, but it's called from the codec and thus cannot be measured separately. You should try to play the file using -vo null and then -vo ... and check the difference to see the video_out speed. You are using Direct Rendering, where the codec renders to the video memory itself. In this case, the decoding percentage contains the display percentage, too. Absolutely. When Tactile 3D doesn't have focus it goes to sleep. It basically uses 0% in this state; or you can set it to update at a slower fps. The neat thing is, it's still very responsive. When CpuIdle is running, it will use all otherwise idle time to keep the CPU cool, by executing the HLT command. Unfortunately Windows does not recognize the difference between normal CPU usage and CpuIdle's cooling commands that only consume otherwise "spare" time. This does not affect normal applications.
