There are two reasons to use a thermostat. One is to turn on the preheat system if the ambient temperature falls below a certain level. Is the non-responsive receiver turned on? Are the batteries inside still good? First check that all connections are tight, and that your batteries are good. Make sure that the individual receiver is turned on, and set to the proper channel and bank. Remember, the screwdriver slots in the channel and bank select rotary switches are NOT the dial pointers.
